Pacific Technical Resources, Inc. (PTR) was established in 2001 to fill a void in the Industrial Energy Operation and Maintenance Market. We targeted our efforts to three critical disciplines, Electrical Testing, Instrumentation and Electrical Construction: specializing in Startup, Maintenance and Plant Modification Projects.

Founded in Southern California, PTR focused its efforts on Southern California Projects. Our initial clients included Reliant Energy (now NRG Energy) at their four California plants, as well as Southern California Edison (SCE) and AES facilities located in Southern California.

Today we proudly serve the California and Nevada markets, providing high quality technical services at a reasonable cost. We provide the leadership and workforce to handle your needs from small to large projects, with the capabilities of more than 50 years’ experience in the industrial energy market. Whether your requirements are new construction, plant turn-around, maintenance, or startup assistance, we will exceed your expectations.

We are a Minority Owned Small Business located in Chino, California with a staff of project managers, superintendents, test technicians, electricians, and instrument technicians; always ready to meet your needs.
